The sophisticated heart of the home, between fire, color and quiet

The spacious living room, divided over two levels, represents the heart of the home and immediately conveys its sophisticated character. On the main floor, the lounge unfolds around the imposing iron fireplace, the visual and emotional fulcrum of the space. The large convivial table is enlivened by polychrome fabric chairs, authentic splashes of color that lend rhythm and vivacity to the space, while the upholstered furniture with original shapes and precious fabrics adds a sense of refined and contemporary comfort.

The upper mezzanine, more intimate and cozy, houses a refined reading and TV area, designed as a place for relaxation and contemplation.

The two levels harmoniously connect through a dramatic cantilevered iron staircase, a lightweight architectural element with a strong aesthetic impact. The spaces are unified by exposed wooden beams and large floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in natural light, transforming the outdoor landscape into an integral part of the design. The soft, enveloping curtains are reminiscent of the drapes of a stage, framing the outdoor courtyard and surrounding nature.

Contemporary essence between steel, wood and refined functionality

The kitchen exudes essential elegance, where pure lines meet everyday functionality. Steel and wood blend in a sober, contemporary composition, characterized by clean surfaces, minimal details, and a careful selection of materials that convey solidity and refinement.

Material dreams between intimacy, light and wellness scenography

The sleeping area is conceived as an emotional journey, where each room reveals a unique identity while maintaining a common thread of elegance and sophistication. One bedroom presents itself as a veritable wooden “box,” with fully paneled ceilings and walls to create a warm, enveloping atmosphere, enhanced by the presence of a charming, exposed, retro bathtub. Another room plays on the contrast between textured surfaces and clean lines, with walls embellished with stone inserts, a bed positioned centerpiece, and flush-fitting wardrobes perfectly integrated into the architecture. The suite with its large window celebrates light and lightness: the wallpaper used as a dramatic headboard dialogues with a refined freestanding bathtub, creating a sophisticated and relaxing environment. The space is completed by a more intimate and contemporary room, featuring exposed beams and an elegant double-sided LED fireplace that lends atmosphere and visual continuity to the spaces.

Private wellness rituals, featuring crystal, wood, and precious details

Even the most private spaces reflect the owners’ exclusive taste. In the master bathroom, the large central glass shower, generously sized bathtub, and floor-standing sinks transform the space into a true wellness experience. In another bathroom, the wooden vanity unit houses sinks reminiscent of white ceramic tubs, topped with precious golden buckets that become decorative details with a strong aesthetic impact. In the sauna, wood, the absolute protagonist of the space, covers the walls and seats with warm and sophisticated essences, instantly conveying a sense of welcome and comfort, interpreting the concept of wellness through an essential language.
