Exterior

Spanning two levels and set within a spacious garden, the villa is distinguished by a minimalist architectural language characterized by clean lines, precise volumes, and carefully selected materials. The exterior design treats greenery as a genuine compositional element: vertical greenery becomes an integral part of the architecture, defining perspectives, softening the building’s volumes, and lending character to the entire structure.

Living Area

On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan area that opens fully to the outdoors through expansive, full-height windows. The boundary between indoors and the garden dissolves, allowing natural light to take center stage and making the landscape a constant presence within the home.

Every detail has been conceived, designed, and crafted with the care reserved for precious objects. Nothing is left to chance: materials, proportions, and finishes reflect a bespoke design approach tailored to the owners’ lifestyle.

The kitchen perfectly embodies this philosophy. The Fenix finish on the base and tall units, the smoked glass of the wall cabinets, and the custom-stained wood engage in a dialogue defined by elegance, tactile quality, and functionality. Laminam Soft Touch countertops—featuring integrated sinks and flush-mounted appliances—complete the space with a seamless, refined, and high-performance surface.

The living area unfolds like a stage set. Plasterboard pilasters punctuate the wallpapered wall, creating a composition of pure, balanced forms. Storage units in custom-stained wood and lightweight iron shelves with circular dividers serve as architectural elements rather than mere furniture, helping to define a space with a strong contemporary character.

The setting is enhanced by quilted upholstered seating in a delicate cream shade, while the undisputed centerpiece is the custom-designed table, created to meet the clients’ specific needs. Its hourglass-shaped iron base conceals a sophisticated extension mechanism, allowing the wooden tabletop to expand effortlessly and transforming every occasion into a moment of genuine conviviality.

The large windows act as a curtain, remaining open to the garden and allowing the outdoor areas to become a natural extension of the home. The custom-made stainless steel outdoor kitchen, the designer fire pit, the geometric landscaping, and the carefully organized outdoor spaces promise unique moments of conviviality, immersed in tranquility.

Staircase

The stone staircase with cantilevered steps leads to the upper floor, becoming one of the most iconic elements of the entire project. Minimalist, light, and precise, it perfectly embodies the villa’s style: an understated elegance where bespoke detailing represents true luxury.

Sleeping Area

The sleeping area comprises intimate, sophisticated spaces. In the master bedroom, the wallpaper takes center stage, creating refined plays of light and depth that lend character to the room. Flanking the wall behind the bed are two custom-made, full-height smoked glass doors, seamlessly integrated into the room’s architecture.

One door leads to the private bathroom, where a striking full-height slab clads the wall behind the fixtures, emphasizing clean lines and material continuity. Here, tucked away from view, lies a private sauna—a sanctuary designed for wellness and pure relaxation.

The other door opens into the walk-in closet, designed to combine maximum functionality with aesthetic refinement. It is a space organized down to the finest detail, where every element helps transform daily routines into an experience of comfort and exclusivity.
