Villa Andora

Every detail is designed to offer discreet elegance and a luxury that is experienced in daily life, immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the Ligurian landscape: design, well-being, and nature meet in perfect harmony.

The project involved the architectural and interior design of a luxury villa overlooking the picturesque Andora Gulf in Liguria. The design objective was to enhance the deep connection between architecture and landscape through a modern, essential language that is perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment.

The exterior architecture is characterized by clean lines and light volumes, where the transparency of glass and the texture of local stone blend in a harmonious play of solids and voids. The large glass surfaces eliminate the barrier between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to flow in and offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.

The central element of the landscaping project is the infinity pool, designed as a natural extension of the sea itself. Its strategic location and strict geometry create a visual continuity effect, amplifying the sense of openness and freedom. The outdoor area is completed by light stone-paved terraces, a solarium with essential yet sophisticated furnishings, and a Mediterranean garden with native plants that evoke the Ligurian scrubland.

The interiors of the villa were conceived in full coherence with the modern aesthetic of the architectural shell, focusing on a sober and tactile elegance, where true luxury is expressed through the quality of the materials and the purity of the forms.

The color palette is inspired by the tones of sand: the soft hues of the furnishings, natural wood, and stone cladding create a visual and sensory continuum between the interior and exterior, enhancing the connection with the marine environment.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a constant connection with the landscape, transforming each room into a privileged frame overlooking the gulf. The bespoke furnishings are characterized by essential lines and natural materials, perfectly in tune with the aesthetic sensibility of the owners.

Every room of the villa – from the open-plan living area with an island kitchen and sea-view lounge, to the suites and panoramic terraces – has been designed to offer a relaxing, refined living experience immersed in nature.
