The ground floor features a spacious living room featuring exquisite white marble floors, which reflect the natural light coming from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The furnishings combine the dramatic charm of black marble with the warmth of wood, creating a refined contrast of materials. The large wooden table with black leather seats complements the matching sofas, creating a convivial space with a bold and elegant character.

The custom-designed kitchen stands out for its original shapes and careful optimization of space. The composition combines natural wood base units with white lacquered wall units and columns, while the exposed designer hood becomes an architectural element and the aesthetic protagonist of the room.

Connecting the levels of the home, a dramatic spiral staircase in marble and natural stone leads to the upper floor, where parquet flooring dominates the spaces with warm, enveloping hues. The walls, painted in light, luminous colors, amplify the perception of elegance and visual continuity.

The master bedroom is conceived as an intimate and refined space, embellished with wood paneling that coordinates with the parquet flooring and furnishings that open like lacquered volumes, creating essential, contemporary geometries. Adjacent to the suite, the private bathroom continues the dialogue between black and white marble through a sophisticated chessboard-inspired graphic design. The large bathtub, topped by a designer showerhead with chromotherapy, transforms the space into a true wellness experience.

Throughout the residence, natural light becomes a key design element thanks to the large glass surfaces, creating continuity between interior and exterior and enhancing every material detail.
