Each space tells a tailored aesthetic, capable of blending sensory emotion with visual refinement.

The project revolves around the concept of contemporary elegance, where architecture and interior design engage in perfect harmony.

As for the exteriors, we handled the complete design, shaping modern lines and geometric volumes that define a dynamic and sculptural composition. The façades unfold like a three-dimensional chessboard, characterized by a dynamic balance between solids and voids. The chosen materials – natural wood and stone – flow and integrate with rhythm and coherence, creating a material contrast that imparts prestige and solidity to the entire architectural structure, while restoring balance and integration with the natural landscape.

Inside, natural light takes center stage: large windows open the space to the vast garden and surrounding mountains, creating a direct connection with the outdoors and providing access to the outdoor kitchen, designed as a convivial space for gathering and relaxation.

A sculptural spiral staircase connects the different levels of the house, creating a striking contrast with the strict linearity of the exteriors. The interiors are defined by an essential yet warm aesthetic, where white and light wood flooring dominate, bringing brightness and harmony to the spaces. The furnishings, with their minimalist and functional design, integrate seamlessly into the space, while the attention to detail reflects the bespoke approach of the project.

Each room reflects the personality of the owners: the monochromatic chess sculptures placed in the inner courtyard, as well as the intense red tones of some walls, are details that add character and uniqueness, making each space a tailored aesthetic and sensory experience.
